Dr. Johnsen and his staff were warm, welcoming, patient, and absolutely made it clear that my comfort was paramount. From Beverly (front desk) to Christina (asst), I was greeted by name and with fantastic customer service. The office was squeaky clean. Dr. Johnsen was knowledgeable and thorough. I appreciate how he explained everything and made sure I understood. There was no ‘upsell’ or push to address things that could just be monitored vs jumping straight to a more invasive treatment.
